IDEAL FOR
– Yoga Teachers who would like to deepen their offerings to students, either in dedicated meditation and/or pranayama classes, or as part of an overall Yoga class.
– People who are trained to help others and would like to start offering meditation to clients.

PREREQUISITE
Participants must have completed one of the following:
Meditation Teacher Training Certificate, Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, Counselor/Therapy/Social Work Training, Qualification in a helping profession such as MD, RN.

ABOUT MY WORK:

I have been immersed in the teaching and practice of Classical Meditation for the past 10 years and have shared classes with people of all ages, walks of life and with a variety of issues to overcome.

I am an initiated Sannyasin, Tantric Pujari & Kriya Yoga Teacher, energetically authorized to share many different practices and understandings with you to enrich your own inner work and in turn, your teaching.

Other previous background as a teacher in schools and as a Counseling Therapist also informs what I am able to impart. This breadth of experience and the depth of my own personal work on the path is a resource to share with you as you go deeper on yours.
